If you receive an email with the following subject line: UPS Delivery Problem NR 20774102, delete it immediately and mark it as spam (if your email account has the facility). It contains a virus that can have a devastating effect upon your computer, the only fix for which is sold at 'just' $47 by the very people who sent you the rancid little email.
It's a wonderful world if you don't weaken.
